Mon Luxe Nails shows respect for our technicians and other clients by enforcing a strict cancellation policy.
We welcome cancellations up to 24 hours before your booked appointment. After 24 hours, you will be charged a fee of $20. Unfortunately, the reason for canceling does not affect the charge; by booking with us, you accept that you will be charged even for emergency cancellations. Please understand that cancellation fees are not personal, they exist to protect our employees' time and income.
As well, if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may modify your appointment (e.g. no designs) or cancel it completely. We do not accept latecomers as other clients appointments will be affected and that is simply unfair to them. We appreciate your understanding
Although we do accept walk-ins, Mon Luxe Nails is an extremely busy salon. We highly recommend calling to make a booking at least 4-5 days in advance. If you are looking to book with a specific nail technician or for the weekend, we advise you to book at least a week in advance. Keep in mind that designs will require additional time; please let the receptionist know. We also have a waitlist available for fully booked days. The best way to prevent disappointment is to book as early as possible!
